　　亚洲安防协会-印度分会会长
　　ShivCharanYadav1990年进入安防行业，他独资设立了“ShivaElectrovision”及姊妹公司HansIndia。在电子监控、光纤、金属探测器和CCTV领域享负盛名。2008年，他担任APSA的副会长，具有创新思维，推动发展。2012年，他再次选为APSA印度分会会长，取得了不少成就，安防行业的专家们看好他的英明领导。他代理了许多CCTV国际品牌，如松下，海康威视，三星等。他是半月刊APSA网络新闻编辑部主席。

　　概要：全球趋势：2025年，全球人口将增加到80亿以上，过半人口居住在大都市。智能城市迅速发展，情况越来越复杂，监管机构为满足日益增长的需求和不断变化的社会经济模式，需要做好长期战略性规划，为此他们面临着许多管理难题。
　　ICT挑战：为此，探索一个地理分布式传感器和执行器生态系统，根据这些系统功能进行选择、交互，甚至建立合作关系，寻求某个特定的目标。亚洲专业安全设备公会（APSA）印度分会是一个非营利性组织，在提高安全意识方面发挥着它应有的作用。
　　目标：APSA印度分会旨在向安防专家们提供一个交流看法的可靠平台，提出可持续发展、公平和人性化设计，为建设智能城市提供创新性和全面的服务，建构一个综合、高数字化的城市环境。

　　Abstract: Global trend:
　　By the year 2025 the global population will have grown to over eight billion, with significantly more than half living in major conurbations. Authorities are faced with managing smart cities that are growing rapidly and becoming increasingly complex, often to meet increased demands and changing socio-economic patterns with long-term strategic planning.
　　ICT challenge: It is, therefore, natural to think about possible ways and solutions to face an all-encompassing challenge, where such an ecosystem of geographically distributed sensors and actuators may be discovered, selected according to the functionalities these provide, interacted with, and may even cooperate for pursuing a specific goal.Asian Professional Association (APSA) India chapter, a non-profit organization, has been playing its part in generating safe and secure awareness.
　　To achieve:APSA India chapter is aimed to providing a credible platform to the security professionals to exchange of their ideas and come up with sustainable, equitable and human-friendly design delivering innovative and holistic services for building smart cities with an integrated and digitally enriched urban environment.
