　　代表公安部科技信息化局对中国安防国际高峰论坛召开表示祝贺，向到会嘉宾和与会代表表示欢迎。回顾了中国安防行业自1979年起步，从产业链到应用领域，至今走过35年的辉煌发展历程。
　　结合新时期国内外面临的安全问题对安防行业提出加强国际及行业交流探讨相应解决策略，扩大国际合作与国际贸易；指出公安部科技信息化局作为中国安防行业主管单位在行业建设应用方面、行业管理方面、促进行业技术研发方面应着力开展的几项工作；面临改革发展艰巨而繁重的任务，希望大家加强交流、开阔思路、把握机遇创造行业更加辉煌的明天。

　　On behalf of Science and Information Technology Bureau of Ministry of Public Security, I extend my congratulations to the Chinese Security International Summit Forum and take the opportunity to welcome all the guests and representatives here. Started in 1979, the security industry has experienced 35 years' of brilliant development from industry chain to applications.
　　Advise the security industry to enhance international and industrial exchange to discuss related solutions by combining with security challenges faced at home and abroad in new era, and also strengthen international cooperation and trade; show works conducted by the Science and Information Technology Bureau of Ministry of Public Security as the governing body for China Security Industry in industrial construction, industry management and technological research and development; in facing with arduous and hard tasks, I hope participators enhance exchange, broaden the mind and take the opportunity to create a better future for the industry.
